Domaine Viticole

59 hectares of vineyards. Awarded numerous medals.  The Maison de maitre: 600sqm on 3 levels including the entrance, office, salon, kitchen, dining room, veranda, 8 bedrooms, 5 bedrooms.

 18th Century Vineyard - Bordeaux

This property consists of 11 hectares of land of which 10.5 hectares is vineyard. The vineyard is repartitioned 3.2 hectares AOC Loupiac, 4.43 hectares AOC Sainte Croix du Mont and 2.9 hectares AOC Bordeaux. All the agriculture and wine making material, the vinification and aging cellars are on the property. The wine has won numerous awards internationally and in France. Bolgheri DOC Winery

All the vineyards are in full productivity (5 years old) and registered under the DOC Bolgheri. The production per hectare is about 7500 bottles. 

There are two different labels of Bolgheri red wine:
The first wine with ageing in barriques for 4 to 6 months. The second, most important, with ageing of 18 months  

There are Two Vintages in Cellar: 
2002 and 2003. It is also possinle to build a new cellar with a surface of 1100sqm in the area of the Olive grove. 

There are Four variety of Vines:
Merlot, Cabernet Savignon, Sangiovese, and Sirah.

The system of plantation is 220x70, vineyards 09.00 hectares, and Olive groves 01.20 hectares.

Chianti Colli Aretini DOCG - Located between Arezzo and Siena

Vineyards: 9.5 hectares (8 to 9 years old) with 4200 plants per hectare. 8.2 hectares (2 years old) 8300 plants per hectare. 2.5 hectares to be planted.
